Would you like to work on the Amazing Arts Challenge?
We would love to have you on our team! We need volunteers to help us with the details on the days of the race (November 7th, 14th, and 21st). All volunteers will wear masks and be social distanced. All locations are outside.
Team Phone Camera Operator: Each team needs a person with a phone camera to follow them and be their video and social media manager. The volunteer will be in charge of filming the team during challenges and during assigned Facebook Live and social media spots. Volunteer will need to be physically fit to run at team's pace.
Setup: Each location on the route will need to be setup before the teams arrive. Setup can include first aid station, water station, clue station, and activity stations. Schedule would start at 9 AM on film dates.
Breakdown: As the last team finishes at a location, volunteers will cleanup the location. Schedule will run later than filming and may end as late as 5PM on film dates
Location Assistant: Our logistics coordinator will a team of assistants to organization the logistics of the race on the film dates. Each location on the route will have its own location assistant who will lead volunteers at that location. This position will require being onsite by 9AM and may require staying later in the day after filming ends.
