Penguin Project
Penguin Project is a theater program for children and young adults with special needs. Each year, Penguin Project produces a junior length musical. Each role is performed by a child or young adult with special needs. Past Penguin Project productions include:

2024: Joseph and the Amazing Tehnicolor Dreamcoat
2025: Seussical Jr
2026: Little Mermaid Jr
The cornerstone of the Penguin Project are the peer mentors. Each artist is matched with a peer mentor who works with the artist through the entire production process. Although the peer mentor is responsible for knowing his/her artists’ lines, choreography, music, and blocking, the peer mentor is there to encourage the artist and build a friendship that lasts beyond the final curtain.
